At the crossroads of compassion and public service, Morocco reaffirms its leadership in social inclusion through the outstanding work of the Lalla Asmaa Foundation, dedicated to empowering underprivileged deaf and hard-of-hearing children.
The closing ceremony of the 2024/2025 for the of the Lalla Asmaa Foundation for deaf children and with hearing impairment, academic year was far more than a festive occasion it was a powerful manifestation of national unity and institutional solidarity.
Held under the gracious patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Asmaa, the event gathered seven key ministers, all of whom are members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, and whose ministries have signed formal cooperation agreements with the Foundation.

THE 7 MINISTERS WHO ATTENDED THE CLOSING CEREMONY IN THE GARDEN & OUTDOOR, RABAT, 14th JUNE 2025
Among the distinguished officials attending were:
• Ms. Naima Ibn Yahia, Minister of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family
• Ms. Amal El Fellah, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform
• Mr. Fouzi Lekjaa, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the Budget
• Mr. Mohamed Saad Berrada, Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports
• Mr. Amine Tehraoui, Minister of Health and Social Protection
• Mr. Azzedine El Midaoui, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation
• Mr. Mohammed Mehdi Bensaid, Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication
Each of these ministries has entered into a formal partnership with the Lalla Asmaa Foundation, creating a multisectoral alliance for inclusion, bridging education, health, culture, digital access, public finance, and social protection.
As young performers graced the stage with sign language, music, and joy, the event became a live illustration of what Morocco can achieve when political will meets grassroots impact.
